Globally renowned Sri Lankan hard rock vocalist , Chitral “Chitty” Sompala just released his latest song Metere Dura Adare (මීටරේ දුර ආදරේ) based on current worldwide lockdown situation.

Chitral just returned from Sydney after successful tour in Australia with Sri Lanka’s popula Band “Marians” and completed his quarantine period in Sri Lanka on his way back to his home in Sweeden. Chitral rocked the fans in Sydney on 14^th March at the “THAALA” concert held in Sydney during his maiden tour to Sydney after the concert in Melbourne on 8^th March.

“It's a song about the Tragic Situation the entire world is going through being locked up right now, Mr.Chinthana Dharmadasa came up with his story and sent me the Lyrics, I composed it and recorded it with the right spirit how I also feel being locked up and lonely, At the moment ... I'm ready to start all over again!” said chitral
